The Boot CD Menu (v3.0) for CDShell v2.0

This is a sample script designed to take advantage of the new CDShell 
variables support in order to create a configurable menu that can suit any 
bootable CD needs, with very small learning curve and easy configuration.

The menu can be fully controlled with the change of some variables to conrtol 
the menu entries behavior and the color scheme that appears on screen.

There are two versions of the script, one with one column of menu entries and 
the other with double columns (_menu.cds, _dblmenu.cds).
There are also 4 samples of the variables setting scripts with 3 different 
color schemes.
